Yoga teacher training is about so much more than teaching. During this four month program, you’ll dive deeper into yourself, immersing your mind, body and spirit in your practice. As you develop your knowledge and confidence in your practice on the mat, you’ll also gather tools to help guide you through life outside the studio. And most importantly, you’ll learn how to give back to your community and help others with their practice and well-being.

What we offer:

  • 200 HR Yoga Alliance Training

  • 2 Highly qualified 500 HR teachers

  • NOT just vinyasa like so many other trainings

  • Meditation, restorative yoga, working with special populations, nutrition, Ayurveda, prenatal, anatomy, chakras, and so much more.

Program details

  • Schedule of training dates: 6 Long Weekends. Times to be announced

  2. Nov 8-11th

  3. Dec 27-30th

  4. Jan 17-20th

  5. Feb 14-17th

  6. March 14-16th (Graduation)

  7. Possible Snow Date Makeup: TBD

Pricing:

$3,300 - Early Bird Paid in Full by July 1st

$3,600- Regular Tuition -put down a $500 deposit to reserve your spot. Balance due on October 11th, 2024

$3,900- Payment Plan -put down a $500 deposit to reserve your spot. Be charged the balance monthly from October to March


Upon completion of this program, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour certified instructor.
