Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates partners with local businesses to offer unique and special events for the Southern New Hampshire community. This includes supporting local non-profits to help build awareness and contribute in making a difference. And above all, we support our students endeavors and passions to help them succeed - not just on the mat.

We give back. On occasion Downdog hosts special yoga classes to support our local charities that are near and dear to us! Half of our proceeds are donated to these amazing non-profits including:

- Canine Commitment
- Dana Farber
- American Red Cross
- Alzheimer's Association
