This one hour refresher workshop will focus on breaking down the basics of the the “tantalizing ten” Pilates exercises. These exercises are the framework for a solid Pilates foundation. Be prepared to hold and engage muscles for longer periods of time as the instructor will spend time breaking down each movement through its anatomical alignment. Be prepared to move as this is a hands on workshop.
A knowledge of Mat Pilates is required for this workshop. Beginners are welcome with a knowledge of fitness and core strength.
