Returning Home Workshop
Cultivating a strong home base and tending to our roots serve to form the foundation for our yoga practice and life. During this workshop we will invoke the earth element and tap into the grounding and stabilizing qualities it provides. The teachings of Prana Flow Yoga will guide our exploration as we discuss grounding foods, self care practices, and enjoy a rooting asana practice leaving the body, mind, and spirit feeling balanced.
