Melissa first found Yoga and Pilates in 2005 after graduating from Bryant University. Melissa was a two time All American Field Hockey player at Bryant and was looking for another way to build strength and flexibility. Melissa has been a student of Ashtanga Yoga, Baptiste Power Yoga, and Vinyasa for ten years and continues a dedicated practice of her own.

Melissa holds a 200-hour certification through South Boston Yoga where she trained under David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund. Melissa also holds a Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga certification through Sadie Nardini and a Mat Pilates certification through AFAA and Fitour. Melissa holds a Barre certification through Boston Barre where she trained under the expertise of Julie Erickson. She also holds a basic Pilates Reformer Certification. 

Melissa specializes in fun and creative sequencing with a strong emphasis on the core and proper alignment.  Melissa's training has included an emphasis on teaching primal movement, hand and balancing inversions, and cross-training bodyweight training for athletes. 

 Her experience comes from teaching the last eight years at various locations: Gold's Gym, YMCA, Amala Wellness, and Elliot Hospitals.  Melissa has and currently works with athletic teams and elite athletes.

Pam Godbois - Yoga Instructor

Pam started teaching Yoga in 2008 and completed her 200-hour Yoga training in Vinyasa with Lynne Beiger and Ame Wren at Back Bay Yoga in Boston. Pam has also completed Yin Yoga training with Josh Summers, Prenatal Yoga training with Bec Conant and is certified to teach children through ChildLight Yoga.  Pam has studied with Boston and New York City area teachers such as David Regelin, Sadie Nardini, David Vendetti and Goldie Graham among others.  Pam is currently studying with Matt Giordano to complete her 300-hour training.

Pam believes in letting go of competition and judgment and accepting who you are today.  Pam simply loves to teach, whether handstand or butterfly, her passion for sharing the principles and Asana of Yoga shines through.

Jacqui Bonwell - Yoga Instructor

Jacqui Bonwell is a  500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500),  Level 1 Balanced Athlete ™ Certified coach, Yin Yoga & Meditation certified, Level 1 FMS Functional Movement Systems certified, Reiki Master, Yoga Life Coach, Director of the Sacred Seeds Yoga School (RYS-200hr level, RYS-500hr level) in the Greater Boston and beyond and Owner of the Canton Yoga Shala in Canton, MA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Rhode Island. She works primarily with Yoga Teachers through my 200hr & 300hr Yoga Teacher Training certification programs. Additionally, Jacqui provides Life Coaching to help yoga students deepen their practice and apply the teachings to their everyday lives.  Her most important credential and greatest training has been Motherhood.


Meghan McDonald - Yoga Instructor

Meghan began practicing yoga in college as a way to gain increased flexibility, strength and inner peace. Meghan trained under Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Master Teacher Bill Raup at Power Yoga Works in Philadelphia. Committed to continuing her education, Meghan has completed Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste and Prana Power Yoga Assistant Training.  

Meghan’s classes embrace challenge—arm balances, inversions and core work—and laughter, all presented in an accessible and playful way. Discover a balance between challenging your mind and body, playing with your edge and finding space and serenity on your mat—one breath at a time!
