Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This class is intended for a wide range of practitioners. It is a moderately vigorous level with modifications given for both beginning and more advanced students so that they may tailor the class to meet their needs. Classes have music and are designed to create a flowing sequence of postures. The goal is to warm the body through breath and movement to build strength and flexibility. Please advise the instructor of any injuries or special physical needs that you might have prior to the beginning of class.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a total body workout, focusing on the core as the "power house" of the body. Exercises draw from the traditional teachings of Joseph Pilates combined with non traditional Pilates. The class offers music that is upbeat in sections to help generate energy and fluidity. You will leave feeling lean, strong, and refreshed. This is a unique class that you will not find anywhere else!

Basic Flow Yoga

A Vinyasa based class presented at a slower pace to emphasize yoga fundamentals and alignment. A strong focus on standing and seated foundational poses to allow each student to build strength and flexibility. Open to all levels including beginners and seasoned practitioners. Please advise the instructor of any injuries or special physical needs that you might have prior to the beginning of class.

Flow & Restore Yoga

The goal 0f this class is to warm the body through breath and movement to build strength and flexibility for the first 45 minutes. The last 30 minutes of the class is dedicated to restorative postures to allow for deep relaxation. Supported postures, deep breathing, and guided relaxation cultivates a balance in the body while dissolving mental and physical tension.  You will feel strong, stretched, and relaxed. 

20-20-20Barre- Pilates- Yoga

This class incorporates the elegance and toning of ballet, the strength and intensity of Pilates, and the stretch and length of yoga. Twenty minutes of barre to sculpt the thighs and glutes, twenty minutes of Pilates to work the core, and twenty minutes of yoga to stretch. The class also includes upper body work for a full body workout...get ready to sweat!
